Open Access Policy
This policy defines the principles of open access to materials published in the journal, as well as the terms of their use, distribution, and storage.
The journal follows the open access model and provides free online access to published articles. All published materials are available to readers without payment, registration, or other technical restrictions that would prevent their reading and use in accordance with the license terms.

The journal does not charge readers for:
- access to published articles;
- downloading PDF files of articles;
- reading full texts of articles;
- using published materials in accordance with the journal’s license.
Access to published articles does not require user registration, subscription, or authorization on the journal website.
3. Access to Articles After Publication
The journal provides free access to published articles from the moment they are posted on the journal website.
Published articles are available for reading, downloading, and use in accordance with the license terms immediately after publication.
Access to published articles does not require subscription, registration, or payment by readers.
4. Licensing of Published Articles
Articles published in the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
The CC BY 4.0 license permits the use, distribution, copying, reproduction, adaptation, and modification of the published material in any format and on any medium, provided that proper credit is given to the authors, the source of publication is indicated, a link to the published version of the article is provided, a link to the license is provided, and it is indicated whether changes were made, if any changes were made.

5. Copyright
Authors retain copyright to their articles published in the journal.
Publication of an article in the journal does not require the transfer of copyright to the journal, the editorial office, or the publisher.

6. Use of Published Materials
Any person may use published articles in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
Such use may include reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, citing, adapting, translating, storing, and other lawful use of materials, provided that the authors, source of publication, and license are properly acknowledged.
Users of published materials must properly indicate the authors, the title of the article, the journal as the source of publication, a link to the published version of the article, and the license terms.
7. Self-Archiving by Authors
Authors have the right to place the published version of the article on personal websites, research profile pages, institutional and subject repositories, and other lawful platforms.
The journal does not impose restrictions on authors’ self-archiving of the published version of the article.
When posting the article, authors must indicate the original publication in the journal, the DOI or link to the article page, where available, and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
8. Publication Charges and Open Access
Open access to published articles does not depend on payment by readers.
At this stage, the journal does not charge any fees for submission, consideration, peer review, or publication of articles.
If the publication fee procedure changes in the future, the relevant information will be published on the journal website before such changes enter into force.
9. Metadata and Indexing
The journal may submit metadata of published articles to registration, abstracting, indexing, search, and archiving systems.
Such metadata submission is intended to improve the accessibility, discoverability, and citation of published materials.
Metadata may include the article title, author information, affiliations, abstract, keywords, references, DOI, issue information, and other information necessary for the correct description and searchability of the published article.
10. Long-Term Availability of Published Materials
The journal seeks to ensure the preservation and long-term availability of published materials.
Published articles are hosted on the journal website and may be stored in electronic archives, repositories, indexing systems, and archiving databases, where applicable.

11. Third-Party Materials
Third-party materials included in a published article may have separate terms of use if this is expressly indicated in a caption, note, or other appropriate place in the article.
Users of published materials must take such restrictions into account and respect third-party rights when reusing images, tables, graphs, data, software code, or other materials.
12. Responsibility for Compliance with the Policy
Compliance with this policy is taken into account by the editorial office when publishing and distributing journal materials.
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm that they have read the journal’s Open Access Policy and agree to the publication of the article in accordance with this policy.
The editorial office reserves the right to update this policy to bring it into line with developments in international open access practice, scholarly publishing requirements, and responsible publication conduct.
