1. Submission Guidelines
- The journal accepts original research articles, review papers, and previews of intended
research.
- All submissions must be written in English.
- Authors are encouraged to follow the standard article structure as provided in the
official template (available as a ZIP file
containing .tex and .bib files).
- Manuscripts should be a minimum of 3 pages in length.
2. Formatting Instructions
- Manuscripts must be prepared using the RevTeX 4.2 document class.
- Use the provided LaTeX template , which includes:
- Predefined geometry settings for A4 paper: top = 3cm, bottom = 2.5cm, left =
3cm, right = 3cm.
- Required packages include: graphicx, amsmath, amssymb, bm, tikz, and hyperref
(with colored links).
- The article must include:
- A title, author(s) with affiliation(s), and
ORCID.
- A clearly written abstract (beginning with “Abstract.” in bold).
- Standard sections: Introduction, Section, Subsection (if
applicable),
Conclusion, References, and Appendix (if applicable).
- Figures and tables should be clearly labeled and referenced within the text. Accepted
image formats: PNG and vector formats such as PDF or
EPS.
- References should be formatted using BibTeX and included via the .bib
file provided in
the template .
- Recommended Compiler: To ensure full compatibility and avoid
compilation errors, please
use LuaLaTeX.
- Overleaf: Go to the Menu (top left) → Compiler → select LuaLaTeX
- TeXstudio: Options → Configure TeXstudio → Build → Default
Compiler: LuaLaTeX
- TeXworks: Click on the dropdown near the green “play” button →
select LuaLaTeX
3. Peer Review Process
- All submitted manuscripts undergo a blind peer-review process.
- The duration of the review depends on the complexity and scope of the manuscript;
however, we aim to forward submissions to reviewers as promptly as possible.
- Authors will be notified via their personal email both intermediate
updates
and the final editorial decision.

More than 50% of the Editorial Board
members are international scholars, reflecting the
journal’s commitment to maintaining global academic standards.
4. Publication Ethics
- Authors must ensure that their work is original, and that it has not
been published or
submitted elsewhere.
- All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the
research and must
approve the final version of the manuscript.
- Changes in authorship after submission are only permitted with the explicit
consent of
all co-authors.
- Any form of support (financial, institutional, or technical) should be clearly
acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section of the manuscript.
5. Article Processing Charges
- No publication fee is required.
- Submission, peer review, and publication are completely free of charge.
- Once a manuscript is accepted, it will be published in the appropriate issue as an
open
access
article.
6. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain full copyright of their work.
- By submitting a manuscript, authors grant the journal the
right to publish and
distribute the article as open access.
- This means the published work can be shared, cited, and reused by
others, as long as proper credit
is given to the original authors and the source.
7. How to Submit

At the current stage, manuscripts should be submitted via email to the addresses listed

Contact Us
section.

In the future, once the platform is fully operational, an online submission system will
be available on the website.

Initially, authors are required to send a PDF version of the article
formatted according
to the journal’s template

Upon acceptance, authors must provide a ZIP archive containing all
necessary files:
- .tex
- .bib
- Figures (PNG, PDF, EPS, etc.)
