After Acceptance
After the article has been accepted for publication, the author will receive a corresponding notification from the editorial office.
1. Submission of Final Materials
After the manuscript has been accepted, the editorial office requests the final materials necessary for preparing the article for publication.
The author must provide a .zip archive containing the source materials of the article, including:
- the manuscript file in .tex format;
- the bibliography file in .bib format;
- all figures, graphs, diagrams, and other illustrative materials used in the article;
- if necessary, additional files required for the correct compilation of the article.
All graphic materials must be provided in high resolution and quality suitable for editorial processing and publication.
2. Editorial and Technical Preparation
At this stage, the article undergoes editorial and technical preparation for publication. If necessary, the editorial office may contact the author to clarify certain elements of the manuscript, correct technical inaccuracies, or agree on final revisions.
3. Author Proofreading
The author may be sent the final version of the article for checking before publication.
At this stage, the author must carefully review the text of the article, as well as the correct display of formulas, tables, figures, graphs, references, and author information.
4. Corrections
After acceptance, only those corrections that are necessary to eliminate technical, linguistic, or formatting inaccuracies are allowed. Substantial changes to the content of the article are not permitted at this stage.
5. Publication of the Article
After the completion of editorial preparation and approval of the final version, the article is published on the journal website in accordance with the established procedure.
Accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). No transfer of copyright is required; authors retain copyright to their work.
6. Author Responsibility
The author is responsible for the timely submission of the requested materials, checking the final version of the article, and confirming the correctness of the information provided.
